MULTI-DAY & Weekend Wedding Planning
Weekend Wedding Planner for Design-Led Extended Celebrations, Seamlessly Planned
As a London-based wedding planner, I adore creating multi-day weddings that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply personal.
At HILDE, we plan and design weddings across London and the UK countryside – with a special love for the Cotswolds – as well as in Scotland and the sun-soaked regions of Southern Europe for multi-day destination celebrations.
With friends and family travelling from near and far, a long weekend wedding gives everyone time to arrive, unwind, and connect at a relaxed pace. Spreading the festivities over two, three, or even four days gives space for meaningful moments and thoughtful experiences across multiple beautiful settings.
From an intimate pre-wedding gathering to the main day and farewell event, I plan, design, and manage every moment – crafting a core memory that looks and feels uniquely yours.

01PLANNING FOUNDATIONS
Multi-day weddings are wonderfully complex, often requiring 400–600+ hours of planning. That’s why collaboration and creative alignment are at the heart of my approach and process. We start with a clear vision board, budget breakdown and planning timeline, making the journey feel simple and manageable. Together, we map out the best flow of your events and wedding day before moving on to venue and location sourcing. From chic London venues to countryside manor houses – sleeping some or most of your guests – or a spectacular marquee, I guide you to the perfect setting that feels entirely right for you both and brings your vision to life.
02 Supplier Management & Logistics
I guide every decision and curate a supplier team to bring your weekend to life. From entertainment and innovative catering to production design, stationery, photography, videography, bridal beauty, and more – I’ll recommend only the best options. I also coordinate transport, accommodations, and all logistics unique to multi-day celebrations. From contracts and payments to creative briefs, I manage the full workflow, so you can focus on the excitement rather than the admin.
03WEDDING Design & Styling
Your wedding design is crafted with the utmost care – blending thoughtful aesthetics with deeply personal touches to create a multi-day celebration that feels authentic, welcoming and entirely yours.
I focus on what resonates most, developing a design concept that honours your venues and reflects you both as individuals and as a couple, with authenticity and personality at its heart.
From the welcome bar or rehearsal dinner to ceremony florals, bespoke welcome night décor details, layered tablescapes and after-party lighting, each element is designed not only to delight, but to tell your story – so you feel proud, connected and completely at home throughout the entire wedding weekend.
With an instinctive eye for composition, a love of unexpected concepts and a sharp understanding of what truly works within a space, I collaborate with an ever-growing network of exceptional designers, florists and artists across London and the UK.
Every celebration is only as extraordinary as the people behind it, which is why I ensure that every creative partner involved shares the same passion, artistry and dedication.
04ON-THE-DAY MANAGEMENT & Final Touches
In the weeks leading up to the wedding weekend, I triple-check every plan and create detailed schedules for all teams, days and your families. On the weekend itself, my team and I orchestrate the carefully planned flow, keeping suppliers in sync and every touchpoint flawless. We also manage the full breakdown and aftercare each day, so you can head into your honeymoon with complete peace of mind.

Our planning and design services are structured as a percentage of the overall wedding or production budget. This reflects the scope, scale, and level of detail involved in delivering a truly bespoke celebration. All fees are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.
A minimum fee applies to all services and is determined by several factors, including guest numbers, number of event days, location(s), and overall complexity.
Following an initial consultation, we provide a tailored proposal and quote aligned with your vision and requirements.

If you know you’d like to work with a planner, we recommend securing your planner as your very first supplier. From there, we guide you through booking your venue and assembling the right creative team in a considered and strategic way.
For larger or more complex weddings – particularly those involving multiple locations, bespoke builds, or international travel – we recommend allowing a minimum of 9–12 months, ideally 18 months. This ensures availability of exceptional venues and suppliers, and allows the design to be developed with care and intention.
That said, we have planned beautiful weddings in as little as 6 months.
Ultimately, the timeline depends on the scale, logistics, and level of detail involved.

I regularly work with clients based overseas and am therefore used to and fully aware of the logistics associated with this, including bank transfers. Face to face meetings are replaced with regular Zoom calls and I can conduct site visits, supplier meetings, tastings etc. on your behalf, if required.

Multi-day, multi-venue weddings require careful strategy from the very beginning and often involve 400–600+ hours of planning on our side. We create comprehensive master timelines covering every event, supplier movement, transport schedule, set-up and breakdown windows, and guest transitions.
Each venue is approached individually, with tailored floorplans, technical requirements, access coordination, contingency planning, and clear supplier briefs. We work closely with every team involved – from production and catering to entertainment and transport – ensuring complete alignment throughout.
We also arrive one or two days prior to the celebrations for comprehensive venue and logistics walk-throughs with key suppliers and our team. To ensure the level of care and attention each event requires, we bring one event assistant per 15–20 guests, guaranteeing the appropriate manpower and seamless on-the-ground support.
On the days themselves, we oversee the schedule in real time, managing transitions, troubleshooting discreetly behind the scenes, and ensuring the experience flows effortlessly from one moment to the next.
The planning is meticulous. The experience feels effortless.

Each celebration is thoughtfully tailored to honour both families and cultures while creating a seamless, beautiful experience.
