Multi-Day & Weekend Weddings

I adore creating multi-day weddings that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply personal.

With friends and family traveling from near and far, a multi-day wedding gives everyone time to arrive, unwind, and connect at a relaxed pace. Spreading the festivities over two, three, or even four days gives space for meaningful moments and thoughtful experiences across multiple beautiful settings.

From an intimate pre-wedding gathering to the main day and farewell event, I plan, design, and manage every moment – crafting a core memory that looks and feels uniquely yours.

First Things First

Multi-day weddings are wonderfully complex, often requiring 400–600+ hours of planning. That’s why collaboration and creative alignment are at the heart of my approach and process. We start with a clear vision board, budget breakdown and planning timeline, making the journey feel simple and manageable. Together, we map out the best flow of your events and wedding day before moving on to venue and location sourcing. From chic London venues to countryside manor houses – sleeping some or most of your guests – or a spectacular marquee, I guide you to the perfect setting that feels entirely right for you both and brings your vision to life.

Supplier Management & Logistics

I guide every decision and curate a supplier team to bring your weekend to life. From entertainment and innovative catering to production design, stationery, photography, videography, bridal beauty, and more – I’ll recommend only the best options. I also coordinate transport, accommodations, and all logistics unique to multi-day celebrations. From contracts and payments to creative briefs, I manage the full workflow, so you can focus on the excitement rather than the admin.

Design & Styling

Your weekend wedding’s design is crafted with the utmost care, blending thoughtful aesthetics with personal touches to create a multi-day celebration that feels authentic, welcoming, and uniquely yours. Every element – from the rehearsal tablescape to the welcome night bar, ceremony florals, bespoke décor details, and after-party lighting – is designed to delight, tell your story, and make you feel proud and at home.

Day-Of & Final Touches

In the weeks leading up to the wedding weekend, I triple-check every plan and create detailed schedules for all teams, days and your families. On the weekend itself, my team and I orchestrate the carefully planned flow, keeping suppliers in sync and every touchpoint flawless. We also manage the full breakdown and aftercare each day, so you can head into your honeymoon with complete peace of mind.

Kind Words

Embarking on the wedding planning journey is both exhilarating and overwhelming—but working with Anné was an absolute dream. Her title and talents go far beyond “wedding planner.” She is truly an artist, a designer, and a wonderfully kind person to work with. From our very first call, I knew Anné was the only person I wanted to help bring our special day to life. It felt like finding my creative soulmate. She completely understood our vision while infusing it with her own incredible creativity and magic.

Anné and her HILDE team go above and beyond. No detail is ever too small, and rather than chasing trends, they create deeply personal, timeless, and effortlessly chic moments. As a US-based bride planning a wedding in the UK, I couldn’t have imagined an easier or more enjoyable experience. Anné’s professionalism, communication, and organization are unmatched—yet every planning call felt like catching up with a friend.

On our wedding weekend, Anné surrounded us with the most amazing and talented team who ensured everything ran perfectly smoothly. As a bride and groom, you spend so much time with your planning team on the big day, and we felt incredibly lucky and supported by such kind, thoughtful people. Her network of artists, musicians, designers, florists, and photographers are truly the best of the best—brilliantly talented and a joy to work with.

We truly can’t say enough positive things about working with Anné & HILDE.
