Full-Service PRIVATE Event Planning IN London & UK
I offer an all-encompassing event planning service for London and UK-based private events, including bespoke gatherings, brand events, brand dinners, birthdays and milestone parties, and engagement celebrations.
From concept to completion, I handle every detail: venue sourcing, supplier team curation, design, logistics, and full liaison with all parties involved.
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish, while I ensure the process runs seamlessly and worry-free, leaving you free to enjoy your event.
When you enquire, we begin with a brief overview of your event’s size, format, and budget, followed by an informal call or meeting to discuss the finer details. Based on this, I provide a thorough proposal within a week.

We begin with a clear budget breakdown and planning timeline, making the process simple and easy to follow. Whether you already have a venue in mind or would like me to research and liaise on your behalf, I only suggest spaces that suit your occasion, vision, and budget.

Once your venue is confirmed, I curate a trusted team of creative suppliers and artists to bring your event to life. From exceptional catering and entertainment to production design, lighting, flowers, décor, signage, and more, I oversee the entire workflow, managing every conversation, contract, and detail. Guest transport and all event logistics are coordinated with the same care, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

From colour palettes and initial mood boards to concept sketches and a fully realised creative vision, I craft a look and feel that is visually striking, radiates personality, and leaves a lasting impression long after the day has passed.
Every detail is designed with your vision and the guest journey in mind – from entrances and transitions to tablescapes, florals, lighting, signage, and bespoke décor. I also create lounge areas, bars, and curated gift presentations, ensuring each touchpoint is cohesive and in harmony with the overall mood. -
In the weeks leading up to your event, I triple-check every plan and create detailed design and logistics schedules. On the day, my team and I ensure the flow is seamless, suppliers are in sync, and every detail is executed as envisaged. What’s more, we also manage the event breakdown and hire returns, leaving you free to simply enjoy yourself.

On the day, my team and I oversee the full design build, ensuring every element is executed with precision and styled to perfection. We also manage breakdown and hire returns, so the experience is seamless from start to finish.

At HILDE, we adore a good private party and celebration. We would love to hear from you if you are planning a private dinner, supper club, brand event, brand dinner, milestone birthday, engagement party, or corporate gathering in London or across the UK.

A minimum fee applies to all services and is determined by several factors, including guest numbers, number of event days, location(s), and overall complexity.
Following an initial consultation, we provide a tailored proposal and quote aligned with your vision and requirements.

For Full-Service Event Planning, we generally recommend booking 4–6 months in advance or more, depending on the size and complexity of the event and whether venue sourcing is required. If the venue is already in place, timelines may be shorter.
For Event Design-Only services, we ask for at least 2 months’ notice to ensure we can build the right team and create a design that feels considered, polished, and never rushed.

Yes – as part of my Full-Service Event Planning offering, I manage all suppliers and oversee event logistics from start to finish. This includes sourcing, contracting, coordination, timelines, and full liaison to ensure every element runs seamlessly.
For Event Design-Only services, I manage design-related suppliers only (such as florals, styling, and décor), but overall logistics and non-design suppliers remain with you or your appointed planner.

Yes – venue sourcing and management is included as part of my Full-Service Event Planning offering. I will research, shortlist, secure, and liaise with the venue on your behalf to ensure it aligns perfectly with your event vision and logistical needs.
Please note that venue sourcing is not included within the Event Design-Only service.

My team and I are fully insured and experienced in delivering events within private homes and residences. We work with the utmost care and discretion, always respectful of the fact that your home is your sanctuary. Every detail is handled thoughtfully, ensuring a seamless setup and restoration of the space once the celebration concludes.
