FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING & DESIGN

Our planning and design services are structured as a percentage of the overall wedding or production budget. This reflects the scope, scale, and level of detail involved in delivering a truly bespoke celebration. All fees are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

A minimum fee applies to all services and is determined by several factors, including guest numbers, number of event days, location(s), and overall complexity.

Following an initial consultation, we provide a tailored proposal aligned with your vision and requirements.

If you know you’d like to work with a planner, we recommend securing your planner as your very first supplier. From there, we guide you through booking your venue and assembling the right creative team in a considered and strategic way.

For larger or more complex weddings – particularly those involving multiple locations, bespoke builds, or international travel – we recommend allowing a minimum of 9–12 months. This ensures availability of exceptional venues and suppliers, and allows the design to be developed with care and intention.

That said, we have planned beautiful weddings in as little as six months. Ultimately, the timeline depends on the scale, logistics, and level of detail involved.

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial planning – only full-service wedding planning. Even if you’ve already booked a venue or photographer, this isn’t considered partial planning, as we would still be managing these suppliers and taking responsibility for the entire event.

The quality, cohesion, and signature design of a HILDE wedding are achieved when we are involved from the very beginning – ideally as the first supplier you book.

Being part of the process from the start allows us to help shape your overall vision, strategically allocate your budget, and carefully match each line item with the suppliers best suited to bring your vision to life.

I regularly work with clients based overseas and am therefore used to and fully aware of the logistics associated with this, including bank transfers. Face to face meetings are replaced with regular Zoom calls and I can conduct site visits, supplier meetings, tastings etc. on your behalf, if required.

Regardless of your brief or vision, working with me is a deeply personal collaboration. I begin by listening and observing, discovering what truly excites you and brings you joy. With an exacting eye for detail and project management in my DNA, consider me both the creative consultant and producer of your vision – allowing you to be as involved as you wish.

A huge part of our role as planners is curating a team of suppliers that supports your vision, timeline, and budget. While you are welcome to suggest suppliers, we ask that they align with the quality and level of execution that HILDE is known for and delivers for our clients.

As design-led, experience-focused planners, our priority is ensuring your celebration is the very best it can be. Over the years, we’ve found that the suppliers we recommend consistently deliver on this promise. That said, we do not work with a fixed team – each wedding is bespoke, and the vendor team is always carefully chosen to suit a couple’s unique brief.
