As a London based wedding stylist and event designer, I offer a design-only service for couples who don’t require a full planning service, but value a stunning visual identity for their wedding day or weekend. With this service, I manage all aspects of the creative direction – from developing your design concept to executing it on the day – crafting a seamless aesthetic that reflects your style and story. Meanwhile, you continue to plan the personal, culinary, and logistical details, as well as the running of the day.

01Getting to know you
We begin with an in-person consultation – ideally at your venue – where I guide you through a thoughtful set of questions designed to uncover who you are as individuals and as a couple. This conversation gives me a deeper sense of your sensibilities, the things that matter to you, and the atmosphere you want your wedding to hold.
02 Design concept creation
After our time together, I take everything you’ve shared and translate it into a design concept that complements your venue and feels authentic, meaningful, and truly personal to you.
This concept shapes how your celebration will look and feel – from colour palette and textures to floral direction, paper and font choices, lighting, furniture, and overall aesthetic. I also ensure each idea aligns with your budget, so the vision remains both beautiful and achievable. Once approved, it becomes the guiding thread for all design supplier briefs.
03Supplier direction & Management
Using the design concept as the blueprint, I source and manage all design-related suppliers – from florists and graphic designers to production, rentals, and décor. Over the years, I’ve built an esteemed network of trusted creative suppliers and craftspeople, ensuring you have only the very best options to choose from.
With an exacting eye for detail, every design element is directed with intention, ensuring cohesion from the invitations to the ceremony space, cocktail hour, tablescapes, and every visual touchpoint in between.
From supplier communications and contracts to payments and creative briefs, I manage the full workflow – all while you get to enjoy the most inspiring parts of the design planning process.
04The day itself
On your wedding day, my team and I oversee the entire design build, ensuring every detail is executed beautifully and feels exactly as envisioned. We also manage design breakdown and hire returns, so everything is cleared smoothly and you’re free to simply enjoy the beauty of it all.

Full wedding planning – with this service, we don’t manage timelines, budgets, or the running of the day.
Support with venue questions, entertainment, transportation, catering, staffing, or personal/guest coordination.

Our wedding & styling service is always bespoke and depends on a few key factors, including:
/ The size and scope of your wedding day or weekend.
/ The number of spaces or events to style (ceremony, reception, welcome events, etc.).
/ The complexity of the design concept and styling elements (florals, lighting, furniture, props, custom graphics, etc.).
/ The level of coordination with vendors needed to bring your vision to life.A quote will be tailored to your needs and vision, following a consolation call.
A minimum fee applies for this service.

Ideally, you should reach out once your venue is booked, a timeline is agreed, and your dinner, music, and flow of the day are planned.
We usually come on board from around 6 months prior, but we can also work with shorter timelines depending on your brief, the time of year, and availability.

A wedding designer creates the entire visual concept, sources supplier teams to bring it to life, manages their briefs, and oversees the setup on the day.
A wedding stylist typically arrives on the day to arrange props and décor but has no prior involvement in the design.
In short: a stylist is not a designer, but a designer can also act as a stylist.
Our design & styling service combines both: we handle the creative concept and ensure it is executed beautifully on the day, so your wedding looks and feels exactly as imagined.

Yes! As part of my design & styling service, I source, coordinate, and manage suppliers that relate specifically to your visual concept—such as florists, lighting, décor, furniture, and graphics.
I ensure that everyone involved understands the design vision and that the setup on the day aligns perfectly with your concept.
This service does not include suppliers unrelated to the design, like catering, entertainment, or logistics teams.

Yes. As a German living in the UK and married to a wonderful British-Chinese man, I deeply understand the importance of blending cultural traditions with care and respect.
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of designing a wide range of cross-cultural weddings, which I absolutely adore – from Turkish-Bosnian and Japanese-German to Russian-Welsh, Chinese-Indian, Indian-British, Persian-British, and many more, including church and Jewish ceremonies as well as weddings incorporating Hindu elements.
Each celebration is thoughtfully designed to honour both families and cultures.
