I exclusively take care of the visual direction of your wedding, developing and delivering the design concept for your day, while you continue to manage all other planning aspects.
Getting to know you
We begin with an in-person consultation – ideally at your venue – where I guide you through a thoughtful set of questions designed to uncover who you are as individuals and as a couple. This conversation gives me a deeper sense of your sensibilities, the things that matter to you, and the atmosphere you want your wedding to hold.
Design concept creation
After our time together, I take everything you’ve shared and translate it into a design concept that complements your venue and feels authentic, meaningful, and truly personal to you.
This concept shapes how your celebration will look and feel – from colour palette and textures to floral direction, paper and font choices, lighting, furniture, and overall aesthetic. I also ensure each idea aligns with your budget, so the vision remains both beautiful and achievable. Once approved, it becomes the guiding thread for all design supplier briefs.
Supplier direction & Management
Using the design concept as the blueprint, I source and manage all design-related suppliers – from florists and graphic designers to production, rentals, and décor. Over the years, I’ve built an esteemed network of trusted creative suppliers and craftspeople, ensuring you have only the very best options to choose from.
With an exacting eye for detail, every design element is directed with intention, ensuring cohesion from the invitations to the ceremony space, cocktail hour, tablescapes, and every visual touchpoint in between.
From supplier communications and contracts to payments and creative briefs, I manage the full workflow – all while you get to enjoy the most inspiring parts of the design planning process.
The day itself
On your wedding day, my team and I oversee the entire design build, ensuring every detail is executed beautifully and feels exactly as envisioned. We also manage design breakdown and hire returns, so everything is cleared smoothly and you’re free to simply enjoy the beauty of it all.
