/ STORY
Amanda and Oliver, two Canadians who met and built a beautiful life in London, chose to celebrate their wedding with 80 of their closest family and friends from Canada, the US, and the UK.
We kicked off the festivities at a quintessential London pub in the chic Chelsea neighbourhood with a ‘garden party’ theme. Guests were welcomed with a spritz bar and treated to an artfully styled grazing table featuring simple yet high-quality produce from local artisanal farmers and suppliers. The evening concluded with heartfelt speeches, an open bar of signature cocktails, and our gorgeous vinyl DJ playing the night away.
Amanda and Oliver spent the days leading up to the weekend at The Twenty Two in Mayfair, where they also shared their first look, before heading to their symbolic ceremony at Spencer House – chosen for the pair’s love of avant-garde, history-rich venues.
Strings, soft curtains moving in the light breeze, and the scent of fresh florals welcomed guests, setting a romantic tone for the day.
We kept the ceremony simple yet dramatic, with voluminous clusters of flowers, grasses, and ferns, and Amanda’s favourite bloom, the hydrangea, featured prominently around the 19th-century fireplace in what was once the Spencers’ dining room – Princess Diana’s ancestral home.
The cocktail hour featured a chic jazz trio, a roaming oyster chucker, bold flower details, and Andy Warhol-inspired paper items – a nod to the things the couple love.
Dinner was a proud moment, and we loved seeing the design come together and the impact it had on guests. Sculptural florals, fruits, and vegetables were artfully arranged by florist Hamish Powell on étagères to complement the opulent, old-world details of the space. We kept the finer touches simple but added our signature artistic flair to the napkin folds, paper items, and overall composition. Everything was exactly as envisioned, topped with more heartfelt speeches, happy tears, and laughter.
Once dinner drew to a close, we gently ushered guests onto two vintage Routemaster buses, which whisked them to ‘Studio Sal’ – the after-party at Langan’s Upstairs, lovingly named after the couple’s sausage dog, Salami.
With a 3 a.m. finish still hours away, guests were free to let their hair down, hit the dance floor, and fully enjoy the night. We kept the party going with delicious dance-floor treats along the way, including lobster rolls and other tasty highlights.

/ KIND WORDS
‘‘We worked with Anné to plan our 80-person wedding this May, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Anné has a beautifully calm demeanour and an incredible creative eye, making her an absolute joy to work with. It was amazing to see our vision come to life on the day, and we couldn’t be happier with all of the suppliers she recommended and her fantastic team. The entire process felt collaborative and enjoyable from start to finish. We only wish we could do it all over again!
Thank you for everything, Anné.’’
